Landscape Installer

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute landscape installation projects from start to finish, including soil preparation, planting, sod installation, mulch application, and other horticultural tasks.
• Construct hardscape elements such as patios, retaining walls, walkways, and edging using stone, brick, or pavers.
• Install and repair irrigation systems as needed.
• Safely operate and maintain landscaping tools and machinery such as skid steers, trenchers, compactors, and hand tools.
• Follow landscape designs and blueprints to ensure accurate and aesthetically pleasing results.
• Load, unload, and transport plants, tools, and materials to and from job sites.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment on all job sites.
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients as needed.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications

• Prior experience in landscape installation or construction is highly desirable.
• Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and construction drawings.
• Knowledge of horticultural practices and landscape materials.
• Proficient in the safe use of hand tools and power equipment.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting 50+ lbs, bending, kneeling, and working in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required (CDL is a plus).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Working Conditions

• Outdoor work environment; exposed to varying weather conditions.
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
• May require occasional overtime or weekend hours depending on project deadlines.
